There has been a change in 4-H enrollment.  Membership now runs from January 1 through December 31.  If you are not currently enrolled, you can enroll at any time.  I have enrollment forms in my classroom.  If you were enrolled last year, you will renew your membership in January.  Membership dues are $2.00.
